Rest Day

First, I would like to say thank you to Chris, Kurt, Caroline, Nick, Matt and Rob who came out to Excel and participated in the ZombieFit class. Special kudos to those who finished the conditioning workout at the end of class!

Second, today is a rest day. After a lot of thought regarding programming, I am going to institute a 3 day on, 1 day off training schedule. If you’ve trained with CrossFit this should be familiar. Now, this doesn’t mean you have to adhere to this if you don’t want to, however I would strongly suggest that you ensure you’re taking proper rest days during your training.

So, if you have not completed 3 days of training, feel free to look at past posts and perform one of those WODs or go and jam. If you take part in a class or a jam that counts as a day of training. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT complete a WOD on a day that you have already performed some kind of training.
