Rest Day and Thoughts on Rest: 03/11/10

Rest day! Take the day off to relax and let your body heal. Parkour is a fun and exciting way to workout, and these WODs can be addictive. 🙂 Make sure you take the time to rest your body.

If something hurts take a day or two off. If you tweak a knee or ankle work on your upper body conditioning. If you slightly injure your shoulder, don’t do any pulling or pushing exercises. You have the rest of your life to live with your body folks, treat it right.
