Today is a rest day – make sure to stretch, eat healthy, and get a good nights sleep!

Congrats to our new students for having a successful couple of weeks – We notice your progress!

ZombieFit will be revising/adding on content to its Tutorials page.
We know this section of our site is lacking, but we have plans in motion to produce some quality tutorials that demonstrate some of the techniques we practice.

We also have some exciting plans for the upcoming months of summer!
