Warm Up: run 1/4 mile OR row 250m OR bike 2 miles.

3 rounds of: 10 push pus, 10 sit ups, 10 pull ups (or jumping pull ups), 10 double unders (or 25 single unders), 10 air squats

3 six-foot precisions
5 sit ups
7 air squats
9 pull ups (if you don’t have access to a pull up bar, you may sub with tuck-jumps)

traceur
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 six-foot precisions
7 sit ups
9 air squats
11 pull ups (if you don’t have access to a pull up bar, you may sub with tuck-jumps)
