3 rounds of: 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 pull ups (or jumping pull ups), 10 double unders (or 25 single unders), 10 air squats

push ups and precisions.

Same as above, only perform push ups, precisions and alternating leg lunges

traceur
same as above, only perform push ups, precisions and alternating leg pistols.
