Rest Day and Shout-Outs

Today is a Rest Day. If you missed a WOD do it today. If not, enjoy your day of rest. And I do mean rest!

While you’re resting, check out Paleotron’s awesome blog filled with delicious paleo recipes and even better looking pictures.

Paleotron is one of our followers on Twitter and does the ZombieFit WODs, and while stalking Twitter last night I cam across this incredibly informative site. If you’re on the paleo or trying to eat primal, I HIGHLY suggest you check it out.

Also, special shout-out to our Twitter follower jasonofearth for consistently doing the ZombieFit WODs and posting his times on Twitter. Keep up the good work Jason!

    “Missing Link” WOD
    (for those who missed a day or are truely paranoid)

    Warmup: .25-.5mi run (sub bike/row/swim as req)
    (3) rounds: 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats, 10 pull-ups, 25 jumping jacks.

    Workout: (basic level)
    sprint maximum (until you lose your sprint)
    21 alternating leg lungs (each leg)
    15 standing jumps for height
    9 burpees
