Warm Up: run 1/4 mile or bike 2 miles or row 250m followed by:
3 rounds of: 10 push ups, sit ups, pull ups (may sub w/ jumping pull ups), and air squats

I often find myself in very limited space/ situations where it’s impractical for me to go out and run/bike/row and then come back and do my workout. I do however have a jump rope. How long do you think I should jump rope for to get as warmed up?
I would suggest something along the lines of 50 double unders if you can do em. If you can’t 150-200 single unders may be a decent substitute.
DeaR- I would suggest jump-roping at a nice easy pace for about 2 minutes. That first part of the warm-up is just to get a little heat in the muscles and should be done at. Nice easy pace.
Nick- good comment! Although I think double unders are a little too metabolic for this par of the warm up.
