Paleo Day 4 update and More Links

So I’ve lost 5lbs since going paleo on Monday, down to 183. Again, this is most likely water weight as I haven’t burned an excess of 180,000 calories (no matter how quickly you lose weight, the laws of thermodynamics still apply). Still feel good and have noticed an increase in energy, i.e. I don’t crash in between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner.
