Rest Day & NO CLASS @ Excel Gymnastics

Today is a Rest Day. Make sure you’re taking your rest days seriously as high-intensity functional fitness can be very fatiguing. If you have been doing the WODs for a 3 to 5 weeks, consider taking a 3-5 day rest period to let your body heal.

Also, starting this week, we will no longer be holding classes at Excel Gymnastics in St. Charles. We are currently looking for a new location and will hopefully find something shortly.
