Rest Day: 11/06/10

Today is a rest day. If you missed a WOD in the last cycle, or you are new to the site, please take a look in our archives and pick a WOD you feel is challenging. If you’re new, I would suggest doing the etudiant level WODs for a couple of cycles to acclimate yourself to our style of conditioning. If you start busting out those level WODs consistently under 5-10 minutes, then move on up to avancee.
