Warm Up:: run 1/4 mile, bike 1/2 mile, row 250 m.
3 rounds of: 10 air squats; 10 push ups; 10 sit ups; 10 air squats; 10 pull ups (may sub with jumping if needed)
WOD 263
On the minute, every minute, for 10 minutes. Perform the following routine:
(if you don’t finish a routine within the minute, restart at the start of the next and add 1 additional burpee to your burpee set)

2 burpees
5 push ups
7 squats
avancée:
3 burpees
7 pushups
9 air squats
traceur:
5 burpees
7 pushups
9 air squats
Cooldown:
50 situps

Completed avancee level. 11/16/10 Also since sit-ups will never enter my routines, I subbed the cool-down with 36 hanging leg raises.

If you have a pull-up bar, you can also sub with knees-to-elbows. Its an excellent ab workout.
