Wolfpack: Epic Chicago Parkour Video

Wanted to throw a MASSIVE shout-out to Jeff Strening (Z-Fit!), Ryan “precisions like woa” Thill and Dan “too beast for conditioning” Lescher who just put out one of the, if not the, best video’s I’ve seen out of Chicago traceurs.
As someone who has trained in these spots, you really have no idea how epic some of these moves are. They make them look ridiculously easy. Great job guys!!

Functional fitness and situational awareness are necessary skills that are becoming less and less important in today's society. Our goal is to be instructive in functional fitness and the parkour ideology. We sincerely hope you learn something from this site.
