Rest Day: 01/14/11

Today is a Rest Day.

Programming: I’ve been re-thinking our programming and before coming out with a new training schedule, I would like input from those of you that have been doing the WODs for a while. Specifically, I would like input from any traceurs/freerunners that do the WODs on a consistent basis while practicing parkour. Do you find that the 3 day on/1 day off schedule helpful when training parkour? How many rest days do you take a week? How long does it take you to recover from training pk?
