Here in Chicago we’re preparing for the Snowpocalypse, so I hope everyone in the path of this storm stays warm and safe. To those readers in warmer parts of the world. . . I hate you.

Warm Up: run 1/4 mile or bike 1/2 mile or row 500m followed by: 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 jumping pull ups and 10 air squats

Perform for time, 21-15-9 repetitions of the following:

jumping pull-ups

pull-ups

traceur
seven-foot precisions
pull-up burpees
