Warm Up: Run 1/4 mile, QM 50 meters, or row 250 meters.  Followed by 3 rounds of 10:  squats, tuck jumps, and 5 foot precisions.

One minute time: Tuck jump immediately followed by 5 foot precision. Repeat (AFAP) as fast as possible for one minutes time.

Two minutes time: Safety roll into 5 push-ups. Repeat AFAP.

Three minutes time: QM 10 meters into 10 sit ups. Repeat AFAP.
