Japanese Earthquake and WOD: 03/11/11

My thoughts and prayers go out to all those suffering from this horrific disaster in Japan. I lived in Japan for 3 years and spent two weeks there in high school, and I can say without a doubt that the Japanese are some of the nicest people I have ever had the honor to meet. ???????? Nippon!

Warm Up: run 1/4 mile or bike 2 miles or row 250m followed by:
3 rounds of: 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, 10 air squats, 10 pull ups (or handstand push ups)
