Today is a Rest Day!

If you don’t feel like doing parkour but still want the benefits of a full-body functional fitness type activity, I highly suggest you check out rock-climbing. You might find it a little bit easier to stomach with the built-in safety apparatuses in most gyms.

If you doing parkour and want to increase your strength and muscle endurance (even more than by JUST doing ZombieFit workouts) I suggest you check out your nearest indoor rock-climbing wall as well.
