Rest Day: 07/13/11

Don’t forget, that once every 4-6 weeks you should take a complete week off of training. I personally like to take a week off with almost no physical activity (outside of light recreational sports) to help with over-training and parkour injuries. By doing this you will help new muscle grow and come back even stronger. If you’re doing heavy training this summer, you might need to take more than a week off as parkour can be particularly debilitating (and who wants to miss any of the summer?!).
