Today is a Rest Day. If you are new to parkour and are participating in the parkour WODs the rest days are a great excuse to watch some parkour videos and see how the professionals perform their movements. There is some limited scientific evidence that if you watch someone perform an activity that you have performed previously your brain will react in almost the same way as if you were practicing that movement. So these rest days after the parkour WOD try to look at some other athletes performing the same movement as a way to get a little bit of extra “brain” practice in.
