Warm Up:: run 1/4 mile, bike 1/2 mile, row 250 m.

3 rounds of: 10 air squats, 25m forward quadrupedal movement, 25m backwards qaudrupedal movement

In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

2 push ups
5 air squats
10 jumping jacks

5 push ups
7 air squats
5 burpees

10 push ups
10 air squats
10 burpees
