Today is a Rest Day!

While I was practicing parkour during a recent trip to California, I had a couple of biffed precisions that reminded me of this post I wrote a while back regarding ankle conditioning. It is a good read and has some information on how to condition your ankles so that you keep yourself injury free while performing difficult movements.
