ZombieFit – A fitness program that uses functional movements and situational awareness to increase the usefulness and fitness of its students and athletes.
Rich has a varied background in fitness with over 15 years of strength training and conditioning experience. He is a former Division 1 intercollegiate athlete and began practicing functional fitness in the winter of 2008. In March of 2009 he discovered parkour and has continued to broaden his mental, physical and athletic horizons as a result. He is an Associate Member of the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and is preparing to take their Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification test.
