Warm Up: run 1/4 mile or bike 1/2 mile or row 250m followed by:
3 rounds of: 10 push ups, sit ups, pull ups (may sub w/ jumping pull ups), and air squats

WOD 402

étudiant:
3 rounds for time of:

100m sprint
15 tuck jumps
15 sit ups

avancée
5 rounds for time of:

100m sprint
15 tuck jumps
15 sit ups

traceur
5 rounds for time of:

100m sprint
25 tuck jumps
25 sit ups

If you do not an area to run in, perform 1 minute of bicycle kicks (lay on your back and act like you’re peddling a bicycle).

Jesse and Aero on WTTW Ch.11

The other week, local Chicago Channel WTTW Ch. 11 came out and shot Aero Chicago (chicagoparkour.com) at a jam on one of this years first promising spring days.
It went great and they put together a great little spot about parkour!

Wolfpack: Epic Chicago Parkour Video

Wanted to throw a MASSIVE shout-out to Jeff Strening (Z-Fit!), Ryan “precisions like woa” Thill and Dan “too beast for conditioning” Lescher who just put out one of the, if not the, best video’s I’ve seen out of Chicago traceurs.

As someone who has trained in these spots, you really have no idea how epic some of these moves are. They make them look ridiculously easy. Great job guys!!
